2Episode notes
What if AI could coach your listing appointments, improve your scripts, and help you close more business without adding more hours to your week?
In this episode, I sit down with Chris Watters, CEO of Watters International Realty and founder of RealSync, to break down how AI is changing agent performance from the inside out.
Chris shares how his team is using AI-powered coaching to improve lead conversion, listing appointments, and client conversations by analyzing calls, face-to-face meetings, and agent behavior in real time. From virtual ride-alongs to identifying missed objections and strengthening pricing conversations, AI is becoming more than a productivity tool, it is becoming a performance multiplier.
The conversation also covers autonomous AI agents, listing input automation, virtual staging, and how agents can use AI to improve the skills that actually drive revenue, trust, communication, and conversion.
