What's up, Nick? It's, it's been a while. It's been a hot minute since I've been on, and likewise.
It has been a minute. We gotta re-kindle the, uh, business idea donation series that we, we had going [laughs] a couple years ago.
Yeah. They always do well on my channel, too, actually, so yeah, we should do more of 'em.
Very good. The first one that, uh, that you actually found, you actually found most of these, and I'm inspired by all of them, is gourmet hermit crab food, which I did not know was... I, I didn't know, really, people kept these as pets, but apparently there's a big enough market to support, uh, this company called Snout & Shell that sells gourmet hermit crab food.
Yeah, so this is my buddy Meg. I met her at my annual e-commerce conference, the Seller Summit, and, uh, she wanted to get into the pet space, but, like, all the mainstream pets are, like, super saturated. You know, like dogs, cats. And so she found hermit crab food, and it's actually really [laughs] lucrative, 'cause really it's just a bunch of really inexpensive items that hermit crabs consume, it turns out, and it's all how you frame it.
Yeah. Seafood, critters, seaweed, and flowers.
[laughs] Exactly. And you know what's funny, is the way she's been marketing it, and I just caught her doing a live on this one. She dresses up as a hermit crab [laughs]-
Okay. It gets people's attention
... and pitches her product on TikTok, a- and it works. I mean, it's so niche that she owns the niche, and every pet owner wants to
