  • Very nice building with a nice owners. I liked the service and it's quiet to live.
  • I highly recommend you look elsewhere for housing. There are plenty of similarly priced apartments in the neighborhood that are not in a fake “luxury” building. The building is not maintained—trash and overgrown weeds everywhere make it embarrassing to live here. When they evict someone, they just pile the furniture and trash out back and leave it there (see pics) If you don’t like getting packages stolen, having cops in your building weekly because of awful tenants, and smelling smoke indoors, I would recommend looking somewhere else. In fact, I would avoid anything managed by NIEUW…

  • Horrible tenants... Police and Fire Department called almost every weekend due to fighting, loud parties and other loud disturbances.
  • Awful awful tenants live in this place. Constantly outside chain smoking or drinking. Outdoor parties in front of the building every weekend which lead to loud arguments that disturb all the neighbors. Trash accumulates on the front and sides of the building due to the lack of care from the tenants. Feels like a public housing unit and has changed the neighborhood for the worse. There are also rooftop parties with music so loud it shakes the neighborhood buildings. Really a shame how much things have changed since this building opened.
  • Ghetto!!! Tenants sit around the entrance chain smoking and talking loud enough that you are able to clearly hear their conversations from across the street. Definitely not worth the high end rent prices they are asking for... Just google the surrounding area..
