Beautiful building with great walk ability to grocery store, restaurants and park
Lived here last year, it’s an affordable building for entry level Condos in Miami. It’s pretty clean most of the time and the staff/security are friendly. Although there are two women at the front desk who have terrible miserable attitudes. More times that I can count the mail room is unattended and you have to find security around the building yourself to get you packages. The walls are super thin in the apartments so be prepared to hear your neighbors and their pets during the day or night. The amenities are above average. For me, this was a wonderful place to live. I really like the Front Desk security, and the proximity to so many places to eat walking distance to Wynnewood walking distance to Edgewater walking distance to the school board metro stop. It was absolutely perfect for all the things that I had to do even small errands. If I had to go to the DMV, or to our Dance class. I would take a short Uber ride, but logistically speaking. I lived at Canvas for one year and had a great experience overall. The building is super modern, well-maintained, and offers everything you’d expect from luxury living in Miami. The highlight for me was definitely the rooftop pool on the 38th floor — the views are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. It really feels like you're in a high-end resort. The location is convenient, the staff was always helpful, and the common areas were clean and stylish. Nice building, welcoming amenities, but good luck with the management team. Absolute worst treatment to their tenants that could be imagined. Thankful I don’t own a unit here, and am merely a tenant that can leave after my lease relinquishes.
I have lived here for about six months and it has been great. Everything is always very clean. The staff is very polite and friendly. It is a good building for dogs, pet friendly and there is an empty lot next-door everyone takes their dogs out to, as well as a fenced in area a couple blocks away that’s not technically a dog park but it functions as one for now. The only downside is if your unit faces north, there is a new construction directly across the pool which means a lot of noise for the next couple years and ultimately no more beautiful view from this side. Full of Arbnb we staied in one for almost 2 with weeks and the building parking is horrible,overcrowded and no space.You drive for 6 floors and cant find it while random people park.Very nasty dog pee smell and stains in elevators,dirty hallways to elevators,and people walking their dogs by the pool!Pool area unsuprevised with bunch of young people drinking out of bottles and having pool party and cigarates in bushes around pool!Gym and hallway AC is warm as I guess they are trying to save on electricty and apartment rooms are tiny.On top there are homless people on floor just a block away…
Beautiful building inside and out. Close to everything in downtown. A great place to live, work and play. The grand opening was amazing!
