Living here for a while some poor finishes here and there and leaks! Also the car beeping that you hear in the morning is equivalent to times square it’s ridiculous

We are really happy with our unit in Ellington House thus far. Amazing facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful apartments in one of the most central locations with schools, a mall, a golf course, a park, and a hospital minutes away. Moreover huge appreciation for Wassim, Hisham and the team for doing a stellar job in delivering the apartment in a great condition as well as for his dedication to resolve the common issues found during snagging. Most likely horrible quality that is "finished" very soon... then they let people move in and live in water damages and unfinished work for 1-2 years, typical Ellington style. One of the worst developers ever. Stay away and save your sanity.
