I rarely leave reviews, but I’m writing this because I honestly don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through with Imtiaz. But what made this experience truly unacceptable is what happened with the project itself. Major changes were made without any proper notice or transparency. I was never informed in a clear way, and I only found out accidentally when I traveled to Dubai with my family and visited in person. Imagine spending that kind of money and commitment, and the only way you learn about changes is by physically showing up. That is not normal and not acceptable for a…
Pearl House 2 by Imtiaz offers a perfect blend of comfort and calm. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the management is very professional. A great choice for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
We purchased a unit in this project and are very happy with the apartment. The overall quality is excellent. During handover, we requested a few additional items, and Engineer Shafi addressed all of them perfectly and professionally. Thanks to the Imtaiz team for their great support and smooth handover experience.
Choosing Imtiaz as the final developer for my client proved to be the perfect decision. The level of curatorship and architectural detail throughout the project is truly exceptional. From the lobby and elevators to the pool and clubhouse, every element reflects thoughtful design, quality finishes, and a clear commitment to excellence. This timely handover added real emotional value and…

We have been living here for 4 weeks and can confidently say that we are very happy with our choice. We were among the first to move in, and our impressions have been nothing but positive. The building and apartment fully meet our expectations. The studio apartment is very comfortable, with high-quality finishes and well-thought-out furnishings. It was especially pleasant that all the finishing issues we pointed out during move-in were promptly addressed by the developer’s representatives. Even now, if any questions arise, they are resolved very quickly. On the 11th floor, there is a heated…
I had an excellent experience with Tatiana, who helped me with the handover of my apartment in Pearl House 2. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly and on time thanks to her attention to detail and positive attitude. I truly appreciate her effort and highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable assistance in Dubai real estate.
Hi! We just moved in, and the apartment is incredible. It's fully equipped and decorated with excellent finishes and premium brand appliances. The building and amenities are top-notch. But the best part is the staff. From the reception desk, with Emile's care and kindness, to the exquisite care and management of the Imtiaz team. We especially want to thank Muhammad Shafi, Sabrine, Melka and the rest of the team for their help and excellent work in ensuring everything went perfectly during our purchasing experience and helped us settle into our new apartment. We congratulate the Imtiaz…
