Not friendly. Went to look at an apartment and it was as if they already didn't want us to live there.
Beautiful luxury apartment community! The property is stunning and very well maintained. Mellisa was amazing during the tour—friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Highly recommend touring!
I've spoken at length with 4 tenants (of which there's only 10 in the building, months after opening, btw), and have gotten a pretty consistent outlook from them on the mismanagement here that is borderline fraudulent. Multiple tenants complained of fees not present in their leases showing up, management charging tenants for services (like parking garage or pool access) that wasn't/isn't even available yet, and structural issues with the building's (not yet complete) construction. Couple this with how this building is charging outrageously higher rent for identical apartments literally down…
