AGM, Hailey, was fantastic in resolving a problem during check in. She was very detailed & thorough. The entire Front Desk team (Cheyenne & i forget the ladys name in the morning) were very friendly & kind throughout the stay. The rooms were nice & clean. The breakfast was delicious. Great stay overall & great location with parking in the city.
Enjoyed my stay very much. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was great. Location is a little lacking in the way of walkability to other places. They have a great breakfast selection that is free.
We had been staying in Air BnBs for most of our 30-day road trip, so I wasn’t really looking forward to staying for three days in a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the Residence Inn in downtown Buffalo. What I liked: The room was very spacious. The bed and pillows were about the most comfortable on our 30-day trip. The hotel and the room itself were very quiet. I always appreciate having a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The breakfast was reasonably good for a hotel, self-serve breakfast and it was nice not having to spend an addition $5 for a cup of coffee or $25 for breakfast.…
Highly recommend this hotel when you are traveling to Buffalo. We have stayed here numerous times now that our daughter goes to college in Buffalo and plan to stay here in the future. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is hot. Staff are friendly.

Solid Residence Inn - very good location on the outskirts of downtown. Very friendly and efficient staff. Nice, good-sized room with a kitchenette. Perfect for our four night stay. Close to fun, casual restaurants and gay-friendly “Allen Town” neighborhood. Onsite, shared coin laundry. Decent breakfast included. Walgreens next door. We managed to get a good price during high season. Only about 25 min from Niagara Falls.
This is a really nice hotel. The rooms and public areas are clean and attractive. I love the breakfast bar. You have a lot of options for breakfast. The staff is really friendly and helpful The best part for me is the Starbucks downstairs. I would definitely recommend it!

The Residence Inn was wonderful from the outset. As soon as we entered we felt welcomed by the staff and knew we were going to love our stay. The foyer was bright with a lovely atmosphere and abundant seating areas including an area containing books and games. Our room was spacious and clean with a wonderfully comfortable bed, lovely seating area and a well equipped kitchen which included a dishwasher.
