Recently purchased a property here and couldn't be happier. Friendly security, beautifully designed and excellent facilities.
security fe male very nice ❤️
Just moved here those days . Love it
I purchased the property with trust of the developer. However after project completion and me fulfilling the payment duty, the developer had not handed over the property to me over 3 weeks due to their internal team inefficiency and miscommunication. When followed up, there is no clear ETA communicated which is very disappointing.

Hello, when the building will be ready to move in ??
It is a luxury building of Ellington, amazing design, big layout, rooftop swimming pool with the view of skyline of the downtown. I like it very much, I have multiple units for sale in this building, WhatsApp me +971585580767
The neighborhood is really nice. And the building is not too close to the roads as I thought. So quiet and peaceful.
The units are large and have a layout according to the latest trends 👍
