  • First time visiting here. I really like how natural materials like stone and wood are blended into the modern design—it carries through the hallways, units, and even the balconies. The in-unit tech is impressive too, with features like automated blinds and dimmable lights that usually only come with penthouse units elsewhere. Even the parking feels thoughtful, with lighting that highlights your car as you arrive. I didn’t get to see the amenities this time, but overall, this seems like one of the stronger buildings in the area. Look forward to visiting 1515 by Bosa across the street when it…
  • Probably one of Kuma’s worst design. Expensive to construct for sure. Looks like a rattlesnake tail inspired the shape of this building. Wonder if this building will collapse when there is mega earthquake. Hope they hired the best structure engineers. Westbank & Peterson Alberni Project Sued By Graham (General contractor) For $2.8M Unpaid since July 2023. Just because the building was designed by a starchitect does not mean it’s an aesthetically pleasing. Like the interior design not the facade.
  • Impressive new addition to Vancouver’s skyline
  • Beautiful building. Minimalistic decor with lots of light wood, glass. Piano in foyer that wheels out for an occasional concert. The views from the balcony in the suite were amazing. Enjoyed the fireworks and sunsets over the city and waterscapes.

  • Amazing Design
  • Great design. Icon of Vancouver. Highly recommend a personal tour.
  • Beautiful building by Kengo Kuma and Westbank. Had a tour of the suite and amenities it’s upscale and very calming with all the wooden features. Zen sand garden on one of the 35th floor suite facing west side of the harbour with 270 degree views! Moss garden and the theatre area outside the lobby is so welcoming especially the wooden joint features called “kigumi” added the Japanese flair to it. Gorgeous inside and out.
  • Stunning addition to the city
