The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of midtown. It’s close to anywhere, but the building is still quiet and peaceful. It felt like a perfect escape while still being close to everything I needed. The amenities are fantastic! It’s clear the building management takes pride in keeping everything in top condition.
Everything is very convenient when staying here👍
Gym, Facilities, outdoor terres are nice, next to Lawrence Market, very convenient for Public transit
Live here for one year. Comfortable, good service, great location. Love it

Great building and management. Purchased a unit here last year and we are very happy.
great place to live. Security is nice and friendly. Location is awesome, close to lots of good restaurants, the mall, and the subway. Everyone I've encountered has been really nice. the gym is great. Very dog friendly. The views are amazing. Right beside the library, so its easy to get books and print things. apartment repairs were great and easy.
poor elevator service, rude neighbouring tenants, non rent controlled building. this building was only worth renting at the covid rental price, not the current market.
Condo is almost brand new and already suffered a major flood from the 8th floor. In the past month the fire alarm has gone off about 7 times, getting a bit out of control
