Security of this building is very unprofessional... There is one Pakistani guy,he don't know how to treat visitors or delivery guys.. It's my own experience..we are giving respect to every security guards but this is not acceptable behavior Last time I was there he talk with me so rudely...like come'n bro we are just delivering customer's goods...we are not have any chance to stay there for longer. (Please management of binghatti down in JVC take action on this regarding)
Worst experience of my life. The apartment is less than a year old, and I already face many problems with the furniture and infrastructure. Not mentioning about the construction noise, Binghatti is building another building next to it and they don’t care about who is living on they properties and have work nonstop doing a lot of noise.
The execution and timing is amazing !
Binghatti is booming the area. I believe no developer can compete with him these days
