  • Cannot adjust heat or AC - it is controlled by the building. Bathroom fans are loud and can’t be controlled as well. Fire alarm literally went off 4 times in a week - once at midnight. No garbage organization system either. Elevator is incredibly slow. Would not recommend living here.
  • Very loud and annoying fire alarm that goes off every other day, Sometimes it also goes off in the middle of the night. Perfect place for someone who is deaf though location and amenities are nice.
  • very helpful night time security guard on duty when we get into trouble in the carpark area. I think the security service depends on which security staff you met
  • The management here is infuriating. What kind of management company approves renovations for a unit in the building from 9am-6pm every day for multiple weeks, without notifying the tenants directly around that unit?!?! I literally cannot do my recording based work because my unit sounds like a construction zone with drilling and hammering ALL DAY. This is costing me from being able to do my job. Management does not respond to emails or phone calls. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to reach management before for other issues too. The building is very conveniently located at least.

  • The location is absolutely amazing; it is close to U of T, hospitals, financial district, Eaton Center, restaurants on Yonge Street. The building also has direct underground access to 777 Plaza where you can find many grocery stores and access to subway station. However, the building does have issues like broken elevators, pipe leakage. Overall, I would still recommend this building.
  • One of the best locations to live in the city and definitely one of the most convenient buildings in Toronto! The building is maintained very well and the staff is friendly.
  • Definitely one of the most convenient buildings in all of Toronto! Great management and staff, excellent amenities, and TTC/grocery stores connected to the condo building!
  • Where do I start? elevators are a nightmare, poor management, inopportune and intimidating apartment fixes all the time, fire alarm that goes on all the time (be prepared to walk up the stairs or wait hours because elevator doesn't work while fire alarm inspection!), full of fluff, terrible insulation ... the wind filters everywhere, very noisy. There are better (and less overrated) options in downtown.
