Beautiful coloured paint condominium situated near the nature environment.
I live here.Other than maybe no vending machine this place is pretty decent
I moved here for an upgrade in lifestyle. I get lots of nature being next to waterway, and jogs or cycling leads up to Punggol jetty and Coney island. There's a Prime and a Sheng Siong, 3 coffeeshops and if needed, feeder bus or walk to waterway point. Also short drive to TPE. It's also next to Punggol Cove P school and Yusoff Ishak Sec Sch, the latter of which is a good school. The landscape follows that of a relaxing nature resort. Gym is just alright and a few pools for variety. Very classy facade look. Being a new community, we hv much to learn in mgmt, but we'll get there
Next to the beautiful and leisurely waterway. The rail network is just a leisurely walk of 150metres in the form of the LRT. Can even walk to the Waterway Point mall and plenty of exercise options.

A very nice place, most neighbours are very nice with kampung spirit, willing to help each other whenever needed. There are different pools which allows different age group residents to swim/chill in. It also gives a serenity feel at night. The security are professional and did their job well. There is a bus stop is right outside the main gate, fully sheltered. A 24hrs coffeeshop and 24hrs supermarket just opposite. It's very convenient.
Place is good to stay, but managed wrongly. Ending resident 2nd and 3rd car need park in visitors. Visitor lot has more than 70 yet not enough for visitor cause all taken by resident. It seem like the community here do not care for one another and the season parking of the 2nd and 3rd car fee can cost higher than parking in CBD area. Perhaps staying in town parking is cheaper than staying here. Whoever is the next buyer will suffer.
Living here for 2 months. Love the scenery of my pool view and the facilities in my estate. Management has been responsive and proactive. Security guards and staffs are friendly.
Fantastic view from my Balcony. Beautiful project by CDL, quality building from Woh Hup,friendly neighbors, well managed estates. What else to ask for?
