Have only been here for 2 weeks, and really enjoying it! Nico has been extremely helpful during and before our move into the building, showing us round and explaining any questions we have had!
Nico and Rodolfo have been extremely hands-on and helpful prior to and during our move to LIV Albert. It has been great knowing that we have them around whenever we have inquiries and questions about our stay.
I haven’t moved in yet, but I wanted to share my experience so far. The team has been very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Special thanks to Marie for her kindness and support — she made everything clear and easy. Looking forward to moving in soon.
My partner and I recently moved in and what a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Nico was our personal contact who showed us around, took all the time to show us as many apartments as we wanted, and answered all of our questions wonderfully - a great and personable experience for us All of the front desk staff are so lovely and caring, maintenance requests are all processed within a day, and the staff personally raise the case with you to discuss it more, it’s such a refreshing experience after some of the landlords i’ve had over the years. I’ve recently moved here and am really enjoying the experience! We were initially shown around by Nico who was so helpful, he listened and took onboard all our requests and showed us a number of apartments that would suit our needs! After signing on, every staff member has been incredibly helpful and so friendly! The facilities are great, we’ve loved the coworking space and have also really enjoyed the movie room, yoga studio and the terrace balcony! Such a great experience so far. This is how all apartment living should be :)
We've soon to move into our new apartment at LivAlbert. It's been a fantastic experience from the get go. Very easy to organise a tour of the building. We were fortunate to have Rodolfo show us the complex and different apartments. He was great to work with and made sure we found exactly what we wanted! Both Rodolfo and Marie have been fantastic on the back end of things, with enuring the signup process was smooth with minimal stress. Communication with Marie and been great as everything has been finalised! We are very much looking forward to moving in :)
My partner and I recently moved into Liv Albert in Brunswick and we honestly couldn’t be happier. The whole place has such modern design from the architecture to the interior finishes, it really feels like a community rather than just an apartment complex. The facilities are incredible! Everything is so well maintained and beautifully designed, and you can tell a lot of care went into creating spaces that people actually want to spend time in. Great building with the best staff you can find! Everyone is friendly, lovely, and treats you like one of their own. I booked the Rumpus Room and it was perfect cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The amenities are top-notch, and the overall style of the building is amazing.
