“””””” Luxury “””””””” Rentals… just for the dishwasher and fridge. All the rest are the cheapest options they found to put together their apartments. The gym is a joke. Two elevators for almost 400 people or more and one is always broken. Parking gate breaks often. People steal your package and invade your lockers. Poor management. Stay away from Everlea.
Just moved to this building a while ago and damn the elevator breaks often, the amenities specially the gym is terrible. Absolute waste of space and the machines have not been serviced or regulated and some of them barely work. Need some dumbbells that leak sand ? Well there’s only a pair of dumbbells for the whole gym. The staff are friendly and try their best to Geo but it might be management putting a delay for any kind of maintenance as well. Don’t move in here.
We moved into this apartment about six months ago. Before moving, we read the Google reviews but decided to give it a chance because we really liked the units and the location. Believe me, every single review was right. The service elevator has been out of order for months, and it’s extremely frustrating. The other elevator is always packed; today, there were nine people and three dogs squeezed in during morning rush hour. The biggest mistake we ever made was renting here! Since the day we moved into this apartment, one of the elevators has been out of service most of the time for different excuses. There have been many times when we had to wait up to 20 minutes just for the elevator. One time, my delivery package was stolen from the lobby, and because the security camera was not installed in the right place, they couldn’t do anything about it. It takes months to get a booking for the party room, and because of their system issue, they double-booked the same date and time for me and another resident. I only…

I have been living in Everlea, unit 430, for the past five years, and I’m truly impressed by the recent efforts of our building manager,Slavica, and leasing Advisor, YuNa. Under the previous manager, Sana, responses were often delayed, the building’s upkeep was lacking, and many residents experienced inconvenience due to slow repairs. Now, things have changed noticeably — the property is kept clean, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is warm and professional. As a tenant who has lived in this building for three years, I feel responsible to tell you that every single complaint you see is absolutely true. Living here has been the worst decision of my life, and now I’m finally moving out. Let me warn you: don’t be fooled by the pool — this is a trap. The pool is not available to residents of 430 Westview Street. I just moved in and I'm quite pleased. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Sana and Fiel are so lovely. I also asked for a small repair to be done in the kitchen and Nick was here within 10 minutes. Love the location of this building. Love the amenities. I wouldn't say it's BRAND NEW, but it's well maintained for sure. I wouldn't turn people away from renting here. Grateful I found this place having moved from Victoria. :)
I have lived in Everlea's rental building (430) for over a year now and I have been nothing short of impressed with management and Sana's performance. There has been feedback left here that truly seem to have come from either privileged or simply rude individuals. It really seems like all of the lower reviews have come from people with little to zero basic understanding or consideration for the people around them.
