This is a really beautiful and well-designed contemporary condo tower in downtown Nashville. We looked at it very seriously while house-hunting recently (though ended up not going the downtown condo route).
One of the best places I've had the pleasure of living in. Very clean, modern living spaces and the view is breathtaking. Excellent staff, especially the leasing agent Justin, who is not only extremely knowledgeable about the property and area, but is also just a great conversationalist. The reception area is also very helpful, especially Marquet. Maintenance was always quick and fixed everything that went wrong, if ever. The amenities were great and I met some very interesting people. I'm glad to have chosen Prime as my residence
First time these have been offered for sale as opposed to lease. Amazing amenities and views. With the Pagani showroom opening next door and then with Nashville Yards, Pinnacle, etc all next door, this place is simply a gold mine. Don’t miss the pool view on the 11th floor!
I had an opportunity to tour the facility here earlier today and I have to admit...I was highly DISAPPOINTED. The apartments are okay but they are surely not close to the price they are charging for the units. The appliances are nice and the views are decent (once you get up high enough). There are certainly some flaws with this place. The closets are somewhat odd and the shelves they have included in them stick out so you have to be careful when in there. Additionally, while it may be beneficial to some, the elevators are locked off. I am not very impressed with being able just to go from…

I love living at Prime! Such wonderful staff and community. Beautiful apartments and spaces in a super convenient location. And so dog friendly! I especially love Sara and Marquet who work at the front desk….fantastic friendly service. Justin, Candida, and Grayson are an excellent leasing team who always take care of you. I cant say enough great things about this building.
We’ve enjoyed our experience at Prime. The views are unmatched in the city. But, It’s the people that make the difference. We live among a community of residents that feel like true neighbors. And, the leasing team truly stand for excellent customer service. Sara, Marquet, Candida, Athena and Prime Staff all work tirelessly to make residents happy and feel at home.
Property manager increased prices by 40% across the board on April 3, 2025. I have screenshots of prices on their website before & emails if you don't believe me. They're testing the waters to see if hard working people like yourself will bite these inflated prices. Leasing agents are phenomenal & respectful. There's nothing special about the building or amenities - it's a carbon copy of Alcove. Giarratana Development, LLC is breaking ground on the new 60 story Paramount Building soon, so be prepared for construction noise around the clock for the next couple years as well as backed up…
Prime offers an undeniably luxurious living experience with extravagant amenities. From a resort-style pool, an overlooking the city fitness center, outstanding resident lounge, it's clear that no detail was spared in creating a truly exceptional living environment.
