LUMIA at the Orchards by Sekisui House. Still no joy in Sekisui House being accountable in delivering a "resort style build" 10 months later. The loop of hollow promises is never ending & "we are reporting it to the builder is then normal answer". News Flash!! @growthbuilt doesn't care and the buck stops with you @sekisuihouse. Stop your stalling tactics & man up. We paid you our hard-earned retirement $$$'s Take responsibility . . . . your brand is a disgrace!!
Moving in this building May 25. Immediately, we could see the poor joinery around our kitchen which must have to be replaced. Still waiting for either defects like uneven bottoms of doors, whistling through the apartment, etc. Etc… This building will slap together by Growthbuilt Australia, most surfaces around our amenities to pool area, received one coat of paint on concrete which is now peeling. Concrete round the barbecue area was not sealed and therefore oil from cooking has soaked into the concrete block. Timber decking is cracking. Dead trees. It’s an absolute shambles and a disgrace.
Rubbish
Under construction apartment complex, with marketing office on the Fairway Drive with visitor parking.
