I’ve lived here for Six weeks. Jane and LaShawn are amazing. They have been super helpful with everything from moving in to making me feel like I’m part of the Zephyr family. I love the community that exists here. I love being a part of it. There’s so many cool activities going on from wine and paint nights to yoga. They really create such a wonderful living experience. I’ve had a few maintenance issues with my apartment that were resolved same day. The maintenance staff is amazing! Everyone that works here is just delightful. I never wanna move :)
Just moved into Zephyr over the weekend, and obsessed is an understatement! The finishes in the unit are everything, incredibly high quality which I feel is rare to come by these days. The pool area is my favorite, and makes me feel like I’m at a resort on vacation. I’ve already used it, and I am not really an amenities person. Jane and Lashawn made our move in go so smoothly, and have been incredibly kind. The location is perfect and it’s on SUCH a cute street. Feels very neighborly in the heart of downtown. Both Lashawn and Jane in the leasing office have been nothing short of amazing—so kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating (also hilarious). They had me pulled in within the first 10 minutes of my tour, and Jane did her magic to make sure everything was in my budget. They truly have gone above and beyond and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. I had minor inconveniences with the parking-lifts, but unfortunately is something that happens sometimes and the leasing office has always been on top of it within a matter of minutes. I have had a great experience staying in this building. The apartment building is clean, newly built, and overall a really great place to live. The leasing team has been absolutely amazing from day one, and the amenities are fantastic and well maintained. The on-site duty serviceman, Benny, has also been excellent as well as professional, responsive, and always helpful. Every service request I have submitted through the building’s app has been taken care of the same day, which really speaks to how well the property is managed. I had the best leasing experience with Jane and Megan. They kept my budget and preferences a priority which is honestly very rare across the several properties I toured in SLC. I got my spacious apartment with an amazing view and within my budget!! And when I had to move unexpectedly they worked to complete a smooth lease takeover. Can’t recommend the people and the managers enough! They really go the extra mile to keep residents happy!

I happened to be walking by Zephyr one day and decided to step inside just to look around. I had no plans of applying, let alone signing a lease and moving in the next day! But the experience completely won me over. Megan and Jane were both fantastic—so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Megan showed me several apartments and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. I absolutely can't say enough about how excited I am to be at home at the Zephyr. I live alone so I was slightly nervous about living downtown, but I wanted to be close to where the action is. The staff at the Zephyr were my friends right away. The maintenance department is wonderful. They contribute ideas for your space to make you feel as comfortable as possible. There's so much detail that went into making the renters comfortable here, I feel so very fortunate a lot like I'm a hotel guest. Everybody's sincere and genuine.
