I was happy, and everything was going well until a major issue occurred. There has been continuous water leakage from the upper apartment’s toilet on a daily basis. I am now facing serious risk every day due to the combination of water, electricity, and damage to the ceilings. The building maintenance team is refusing to carry out repairs, claiming that it is the responsibility of the upper apartment’s owner. Meanwhile, the owner of the upper apartment insists that it is the building’s responsibility. I am left in the middle, living in unsafe conditions every day, while no one is taking…
The phone number to connect here, when I called them, they mentioned its wrong number, don't even know why you are calling and they are screaming at their voice. What a sad manner of contact for such a place. I had handed over to the security a parcel and told them to keep it in 413 C. They have not done so, neither they have contacted on the same.
The management should take action on the people who just leave their garbages on the floor every day instead of putting them into the chute but unfortunately the management just ignored it after the complaints. There are always cockroaches over garbage room, very disgusting just by thinking of going to garbage room which supposed to be clean and neat like other normal buildings with normal human beings.
worst experience ever, apartments breaking, no, you get scratches on the car, No cameras installed at the parking to investigate who scratched your car, security giving hard times to tenants, you feel like as if you do not belong to the community

Good community. Only drawback is there is no mosque inside .rest all good .
Al Zahia Garden Apartments is part of the Al Zahia community. It is situated opposite City Centre Al Zahia. It is a gated community, with a pool and play area for children which is only accessible to those who live in the community. It’s a beautiful community to live in and near all amenities.
I lived in this community as a tenant since last two years ago. This is very old building with unprofessional management. They were forcing you to sign the undertaking letter without informing you by email, just a piece of paper and they removed your bottle of water and never return it back. My parking slot was always occupied with other cars. This is the horrible place to live with. I’m unhappy to live here, I will move out from this building. Sick mentality people in their management. Many problems in this building. Pictures have attached for the reference.
Worst value for money. This is the second time we move houses within zAhia community because the house which is less than a year old falls apart. The roof in the bathroom, kitchen and my daughter’s room fell down on its own could have potentially killed someone. Water leaks in the walls all over the house, electricity flicks on and off at any time, fire and gas alarm erupt on its own due to fault in the manufacturing.
