Superb compound, built in beautiful designs for all types of units, from flats to villas! The landscape and green areas are truly unique, remarkable as the biggest in Cairo ! There are also beautiful small water work (small lakes) between buildings and areas ... Adding a beautiful living experience and having an amazing walk! Amazing compound in a very convenient location not far from the city. The units design is modern with a classy touch, the right colors are used and the finishes are at high level. Spaces between units are enabling the air flow and circulation. The landscape is well taken care of, the greenery is soothing and covering large part of the area. Kids can play safely without worries. Parking slots are OK as well.
Great landscape and infrastructure crippled by lack of administrative authority. Nowhere else will you find a pergola for birthday parties right in the middle of residential buildings where people live, a theme park in the middle of the landscape, and security personnel watching kids scream at 12AM without interfering. It's sad what the place has become from management treating this place with recklessness and as an open theme park rather than a residential compound where people live in peace and quiet like any other reputable developer. But hey, let the people enjoy their birthdays every day…
