I love walking around here with my children and finding the variety of different playgrounds for them to play in. It's nice that it is mostly pedestrianised and it's clean, with a view of the river at every turn.
I have lived here for 2 years and I love it. Great community, facilities and I feel safe which is quite uncommon in the majority of areas in London
Amazing place, very modern and very quite. Amazing views of the 02 Great place to chill.
London City Island (LCI) is a beautiful residential development in the east of central London. CAMPUS LAYOUT Pros : The buildings are spread around one way drive. What a great place to live, my son moved in last week, the services are fantastic, swimming pool, cinema, gym and much more all included in the rent, shops are very close so is the train and bus station.
Very clean area, modern buildings with great looking flats, and the latest in amenities such as concierge, pool, gym, a clubhouse and more coming within the next months. Not fully-completed, but getting there.

Easy access to Canary wharf and tube. A tiny river flows around it, currently with a lot of silt and mud but hopefully will get clearer with time and allow for good walking place along the edges.

For a brand new development I think the apartment is certainly lacking. The windows make you feel like you’re on a ship and to add to the effect it can feel surprisingly claustrophobic for a 80sq/m flat. I acknowledge that I made a rash decision and even though my gut feeling told me that this is just like a cheap student accommodation I had a bit of hope. The fact that there are two galleries isn’t much consolation when you hear…
