I lived in unit 1714 hosted by Faisal for 9 days in Feb 2026. It was wonderful experience. Very clean and spacious unit with all necessary aminities. Host Faisal is very nice and responsive to all needs. Infact he made my stay very comfortable and peaceful. Property is licated in a prime place of businessbay which has connectivity to all places. Unit 1714 has all aminities. The buildung staff is very gentle. I recommend this property if you are in Dubai. Thank you Faisal. One recomendation to Mr.Faisal is to keep few of waterbottles gor emergency or you csn keep a water dispenser.
This location offers stunning views of the Downtown skyline. Most importantly, it is strategically positioned right at the exit toward Al Khail Road. This is a massive advantage as it allows you to completely bypass the typical Business Bay traffic and bottlenecks found elsewhere in the area. Highly recommended for the convenience alone!"

From the whole moving in process, that is fully transparent, the unit is handed over in impeccable decision. The place is impressively clean at all times. Staff working in the building are always helpful. Gym is functional, pool area on the rooftop is picturesque views of Business Bay and Downtown.
Sol Bay is a great building in Business Bay, right across from my office. It offers nice residential apartments, along with some retail and office spaces. The location is excellent, and many units have a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa.
