Stayed here for my birthday groom February 20th -27th. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The in room service is super fast, the housekeeping knows how to do their job. They make sure you find your room clean and well made each time when you leave. I have so many good things to say about this place, I’d recommend staying here hundred percent if you ever decided to visit Dubai. Ps: everything is nearby and plus the hotel offer shisha too what an amazing place to stay. I’d stay here again. Thank you for making my birthday stay special and memorable.
I had a really nice experience at First Collection Hotel, where I stayed with my parents. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Every interaction felt genuine, which truly made our stay special. The restaurant staff were also fantastic, always attentive, welcoming, and ready with a smile. Even Junay from the gift shop was incredibly kind and helpful. A very special thank you to Tawheed and Faruq for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel location was very nice and close to the WHX event we were attending. Breakfast spread was amazing and well catered for international audience. Nadim from the concierge team stood out to me. Amazing guy! Was extremely helpful, and such a gentleman 👏 While on the other hand the restaurant staffs need to improve. We had to wait 15min to get someone to notice us to order drinks and over 30min just to get the bill.

I had a wonderful stay at The First Collection Waterfront Hotel and would like to specially commend the amazing team who made our experience so memorable. A big thank you to Chef Mahadev for the incredible food spread. He and his staff, especially Lakha, went above and beyond by preparing an Indian traditional sweet just for me and my friends — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Had a fantastic stay at The First Collection Waterfront. The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean with an amazing waterfront view. Waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The balcony was a great size and perfect for relaxing. The bathroom and shower were excellent with great water pressure and a very premium feel. Breakfast was also a highlight with a good variety of fresh options. My cousin and I stayed at this hotel for one week. The hotel itself is clean, the staff were friendly, and both the gym and pool are great. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The national TV channels were quite limited, and the smart TV system felt outdated. YouTube was the only available app, which we relied on for entertainment.
