A lot of food outlets. Great variety.
Great architecturally designed space with lots of thought put into it!! The gardens and the plants up around were cool and part of the sustainable initiatives within the building. Fits well into the Collin st grid. Some great companies like Arup are holding the premises here along with many other varied businesses.

Apartment was amazing and we stayed here through AirBNB. The receptionists were both very rude and not friendly. They barely looked at me when I was talking to them, they weren’t understanding when seeking help. Overall, they weren’t friendly at all which really put the vibe off.
Wide open space, sofas to relax in the lobby, all the nearby options for food and drinks are above average.
Great place, close to Southern Cross train station. Great eating options right downstairs.
It's a nice new building. Very close to southern cross station so makes office commute easy . Only problem is that you can still hear the drilling sound all around the day . construction going on nearby
