Despite the good views, easy access and good amenities, the units has cheapest quality utilities and furniture a human can find, and it's managed by worst company ever (better livings), like a big scam upon leaving they will ask you to pay for things that were already broken or too weak to live and they will charge excessively for them and for cleaning even though we did cleaning ourselves before leaving yet they won't let you go without snatching all money thry can
My first and longest stay in Dubai, for 8 months. It was great. Clean building, good facilities, and very helpful staff. Loved my stay here and would recommend it to anyone.
Great building with modern design. The pool was clean and very relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back

Very polite and efficient building staff who are always readily available to help. The team are always looking at ways to improve the building and facilities for residents and guests. Common areas are very clean and have a high end finish throughout with an amazing swimming pool and surrounding area. Love my stay there!
I’ve been living here for 2 months and constantly facing huge difficulties. EVERY DAY there are major internet issues, making it impossible to work. The management, especially the manager Yasir, ignores my problems and my messages. I’ve never encountered such a negligent attitude. I measured the internet speed for clarity. Usually, it either disconnects or stays in this state (1Mb download speed, 0Mb upload, 9000 ping). An unbelievable level for Dubai.
I stayed in this building for short term and felt like never leaving. Everything from the lobby to lifts and amenities is top notch and maintained very well. The apartments are super bright and spacious too so our family of 3 had enough space to unwind.
We really regret having moved into this building for 1 month. Certainly new, but so new that we cannot access the facilities which have been finished a long time ago, the swimming pool especially given the heat, especially with children totally unacceptable, everyone passes the buck and every week we are lied to. Flee !! If you want to move in. Ps: I wonder where the positive reviews come from besides real estate agents
