  • My father moved into Sawyers Walk last year, and from the very beginning the process was a mess. Unfortunately, things have only gotten worse. The staff—both then and now—are extremely disrespectful to the elderly. They speak to seniors in a degrading and dismissive way. Please don’t be fooled by the positive reviews; I’m writing this sincerely and from the heart. My father has a PBV voucher through Section 8. We chose this location because it was advertised as being close to everything. However, for a disabled senior on a limited income, this community is not suitable. The nearby stores are…
  • Very disappointed with the new management at The Residencial Sawyer’s Walk Since the new management took over, the experience at The Residencial Sawyer’s Walk has gone downhill significantly. Communication is poor, decisions feel arbitrary, and tenants are not treated with respect or consideration. Issues that were previously handled reasonably are now ignored or poorly managed, creating unnecessary stress for residents. There is a clear lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability. Policies change suddenly, concerns are dismissed, and management shows little interest in working…
  • The pool here is beautiful !!!! With a Super nice bathroom outdoors at the pool, barbecue area for family get togethers and private areas. A hot jacuzzi as well!! My favorite part is that if u need anything you just go downstairs and there's ross, target, publix, aldis, Burlington, &5 Nd below lol
  • They utilize a very shady/ mafioso style 3rd party company called Professional Parking Management to manage their parking which deters me to ever come back as a customer which is a shame when there are big stores there that I would love to give my business to, but not under these standards. They should reconsider the company they use for parking. Also very poorly made and dangerous layout for parking garage especially the entry, exit ramp on the first level. This is shocking to me as it serves as affordable housing for the elderly.

  • I'm leaving this review on behalf of my parent. The staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. After completing the application and providing the necessary documents, it was a smooth transition to move in. The building offers great amenities that are available to all tenants. Also, the building is located in the best area within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I highly recommend this residence.
  • This building was build within a black community of Overtown, but have very few blacks residing here. Now the process they have u bring all paperwork that’s needed, u sit with someone for at least and hour and a half going over all documents to make sure u have the correct paperwork. That personnel then go to the office have your documents review but a higher person return and say ok all documents are fine someone will call you. Now mind u the person who contacts u then tell u all your documents are incorrect like really. All this time being wasted for what? But it’s all to discourage the…
  • Yes it is a beautiful place, but the swimming pool door access is locked after 6:00 pm and the security said not to get into the water...Really!!, for residents who pay the rent, have not place to relax at night. The securities should be watching by the parking lot, I have seen people sneaking in the building through the back door.. Where are they when this happening? Walking around the building...
  • This review is for mom, Bernetta Walters. Amazing process from beginning to end. The building is beautifully done and the amenities are outstanding! Ashley is a gem and she makes me proud to call this home. Great job Sawyers Walk!
