I currently live in building number 105. The building is poorly constructed with cheap and low-quality materials. The kitchen cabinets are also very poor in quality. The management is weak; for example, there are three elevators, but usually, only one of them works while the others are often out of service, and no one takes responsibility to fix them. The building has a swimming pool and a gym, but some of the gym equipment is broken and never gets repaired. fire alarms are constant and never ending. sometimes 2 a day. so loud and painful and nobody does anything about it, and you will hear fire alarms from all the other buildings in the development
Terribly run. They treat the residents of the condos like children. Punishing residents who pay condo fees by closing the gym due to others stealing equipment instead of installing a camera in the gym which would have plenty of benefits including stopping theft. The fire alarm goes off on a weekly basis and has been doing so since August of 2023. This includes going off in the middle of the night during workdays. Instead of finding a way to solve the issue they just let the problem continue for six months straight now. The building manager for 95& 105 Oneida Crescent is also incredibly…
