Diriyah, located just northwest of Riyadh, is the historic birthplace of the first Saudi state and the focal point of a massive, multi-billion-dollar heritage and lifestyle mega-project. Within this historic area, At-Turaif and Bujairi Terrace stand as the two crown jewels, perfectly blending the Kingdom's deep ancient roots with ultra-premium modern leisure. Historic Heritage: At-Turaif At-Turaif World Heritage Site is a beautifully preserved open-air museum and the historic seat of the First Saudi State, originally founded in 1727. After careful restoration, the UNESCO-listed district has…
It has a cool artistic environment. You feel the old time and new time all together. Extremely clean, classy and perfect. Flamingo Room is that one restaurant that everyone should go to while in Bujiari Terrace. It has artistic African jungle vibes plus great food.
The Bujjari Trace / Darya Route The Experience The journey through the Bujjari Trace is not for the faint of heart, but it is deeply rewarding for those seeking raw, untouched landscapes. Moving toward the Darya (river) sections, the transition from arid terrain to riparian greenery is striking. Pros * Stunning Landscapes: The contrast between the rugged "trace" (trail) and the life-giving waters of the Darya provides incredible photography opportunities. * Cultural Immersion: You’ll likely encounter local communities that remain largely untouched by mass tourism. * Adventure Factor: It is a…
Bujairi Terrace is absolutely incredible. I visited with my friends from the UK and we honestly had the best time. The whole place feels so unique, the scenery is stunning, especially with the views and atmosphere in the evening. There are so many amazing coffee shops and great places to eat as well. It’s the kind of place you could visit again and again and never get bored. A must-visit if you’re in Riyadh!

I grew up in Riyadh and left about 30 years ago. I cannot express how much this city has changed. And Diriyah is the perfect reflection of how the country is changing in a positive way. Burjairi Terrace reflects the perfect harmony between traditional and modern architecture and infrastructure, embracing nature. The place is peaceful and perfect for a family outing or just to get away from the chaos of the capital. Pricing is a bit on the upside but nothing different from prices you would see in Europe. I definitely recommend finding time to visit Diriyah. Entrance to Burjairi Terrace is…
Exceptional visit to Al Bujairi Terrace I had an outstanding experience at Al Bujairi Terrace in Diriyah. From the moment I arrived the blend of heritage and modern elegance impressed me. The setting overlooking the historic At‑Turaif Palace provided breathtaking views, especially as dusk settled and the lighting transformed the architecture. The variety of dining options was excellent — from international cuisine to refined cafés, every choice felt high-quality and well curated. The atmosphere was vibrant yet comfortable, making it suitable for a relaxed outing or a more special evening.…
A place that combines food, coffee and History and many many events. Live music, many desserts and an extremely beautiful walk. Usually costs 50 SAR that can be consumed as a credit at the restaurants. Mid October was free of charge. Don't miss this!!!
Bujairi Terrace is a beautiful place to visit, especially in the evening. The night view is stunning and worth spending a few hours. Food here is quite expensive, usually around 200–250 SAR per person, so better to bring some snacks if you want to save money. Park your car in the Bujairi parking and enjoy a pleasant walk through the garden before reaching the terrace. Overall, it’s a great experience for families and tourists.
