Last night after a Halloween party at your apt complex in Vistancia someone broke into my vehicle and severely damaged the rear passenger-side door. They destroyed the lock mechanism, handles, door panel and speaker, and stole a metal sword (worth $200+). Police have been notified and would like the management to please contact me to get footage was park right here at these spots in the covered parking silver pathfinder
After finishing up a one year lease here I am very glad to be out of this place and the main issue is with the builders. Besides the location being amazing everything was extremely rushed being built. The laundry racks can’t even hold any small amount of weight without falling off, the toilet paper holders and towel holders also fell out. The glue that was used in the showers in the master bathrooms started leaking out and staining the shower. All the caulking around the floors cracked began cracking. This place also has a massive amount of fees. Nothing is included in the rent so be ready…
Horrible communication between the leasing office. After turning in my application. They failed to do their job and made me feel as if I was in the wrong. I actually ended up doing all the work for them. Finding out I had zero issues with my previous Landlords and having to point that out to them after they failed to recognize that. Just horrible communication and a failure from them on wasting my time.
I been her 4 months and I love it , maintenance is super fast and friendly. Pool and jacuzzi are super clean. Office staff is always available to assist in any question.

This community is a great place to live! The community is kept up extremely well and the staff is very friendly. Any time you need help whether that’s from the staff in the front office or the maintenance staff, they are always there to respond to an email or come by to help you. I enjoy the events that the front office puts on as well. I think it really brings the community together. I would definitely recommend giving Avilla mystic a chance as your new home!
My son and I moved in, in May. We love it! This is a great community. Quiet with beautiful views. We even get wildlife around here, wild donkeys 🫏. So fun hearing them in the mornings. The staff are great and the community is clean and welcoming. Definitely a place to call your forever home.
It sucks to have to give this such low stars and by no means is it the fault of the people that work here. They are all great. The fault lies with their builders. My breaker has flipped in one of my rooms countless number of times. Turning my computers off and interupting my work. The toilet is always getting clogged with mininal effort. The lights turn off randomly. My front door was unlocked and my door was open. I never left and it was only me home. Its not a key lock by the way its a code lock. Ive had numerous water pressure issues. Which eventually was fixed. The electrical is an…
I’ve had the pleasure of having Marc help me with a couple work orders, and I’ve consistently been impressed by his meticulous attention to detail and his thoughtful approach to every task. His tentativeness ensures that he fully understands the problem before acting, which not only leads to highly accurate work but also shows a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. He’s proactive in identifying potential issues and addressing them before they become major problems. Avilla mystic is lucky to have him. He keeps the property looking amazing and is always so friendly to residents…
