5/5 Stars! To be more specific, you will have a great home with Pulte, but you must do the work to understand what kind of home you want and how much money you’re willing to spend. Pulte will give you an answer, but it’s up to you to clearly define your needs and parameters. They are purposed to sell you a home. *You* must get and continue to build upon the proper knowledge to ensure everything will meet your needs.
From our first experience with Chris showing us multiple models and sites, to working with Anjelika during the building process and initial inspections, the Pulte family mad our family feel special. After living in the home for year, the home and neighborhood has made our lives feel like a dream. At the one year inspection, Daniel Moore worked with us to address a few minor problems that had come up. Everyone at Pulte, including the craftsmen with whom we worked was extremely professional, responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Pulte!
We just closed on a Vanderbilt on a nice piece of property, and couldn't he happier. Anjelica and Porter were extremely professional and responsive during the entire process. Great job all around!!! Gina & Stephen
My wife and I love our Pulte Dunwoody Way home in Sea Island Preserve. The community is filled with wonderful people and amenities. Our build, buying, and warranty process have all been very smooth. The Pulte Team have all been a pleasure to work with. The Pulte quality is fantastic and we'd highly recommend it to others who are seeking a new build.

I just closed on a Pulte home at Sea Island Preserve, and both my daughter and I are so happy! Both Chris and Garrett were excellent to work with, and they have done a great job for us all the way through. We are excited to be moving to such a lovely community in such a great place!!
We've had a very positive experience with Pulte at Sea Island Preserve. We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and had moved from out of state. Both Shane our Construction Manager and Tony our Customer Care Manager were both great to work with and are quality people that represent Pulte well. Regarding the community, our neighbors have been wonderful and the grand live oaks and natural beauty are inspiring. Our property and neighborhood handled the water from recent Hurricane Debby without a problem. Grateful to be in this community!
Emma was great, We switched construction managers part way through, but Garrett was always responsive. Few problems we have had they have been quick to remedy. Disappointed that our inspector was unable to do a few things like walking on the roof to fully inspect and walk around the attic fully, at our one-year review those areas had issues that were found from walking that would not have been found due to the limitations from Pulte. That said happy with the house and what we have, community is nice (amenities are getting completed), location is great for what I need.
Great community. Chris was amazing; he’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Took a client to see some model homes without an appointment and Chris did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. It was very much appreciated!
