Waiting for an EOI refund for 6 weeks now (it was supposed to be from 2-3 weeks maximum). Good that I did not went further with the buy process with this company, this proves me their lack of professionalism. Red flag Edit: I got trapped by Mr Hazem Hamdy from the accountability team who promised me a bank transfer before I travel and now sends me a message saying that I need to come take a bank check (knowing perfectly that I am not in Travel for long time!!!) All lyers and dishonest people in this company !!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY! they can not be trusted on anything they say! Worst real estate company I had to deal with in Egypt for now!
⚠️This is a WARNING: If you’re even contemplating signing a contract for any type of apartment with SED, DO NOT DO IT! They are the ABSOLUTE WORST developer you could ever deal with—full of completely FAKE promises and CONSTANT changes in plans, especially when it comes to the Jayd compound! It’s infuriating! Again, this comment might help you decide if you are unsure.

Very bad interaction with the customer service in the Alexandria branch I got yelled at and offended
The community management of Jayd Compound is mediocre at best but very slow and bureaucratic. They consistently fail to meet their own deadlines and always delay everything. The management needs to be more active and address issues promptly. Currently, they are extremely slow and frequently provide random, shameless excuses. They promised us that landlines would be functional by November 2023. It is now May 2024, and we have received nothing but empty promises and poor excuses. The management loves to shift the blame instead of taking responsibility. Do not expect an above-average customer…
