Just want to express the truly great service I’ve been given today from Svetoslav, I feel like he really went out of his way to show me different options available and it gives me good confidence in the company as a whole. Great asset to this team and an amazing customer service skills!
I come to visit my friends in Solar and I always love the building. It has a great atmosphere and feels really welcoming. Ciara was especially friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Always enjoy spending time here!
Moved in Oct 25. It is a new build so loving being the first tenant of a flat. The building has all the facilities you need, outside space, communal area, bbqs, parcel safe drop, fast wifi etc. The staff are fabulous especially Ciara at concierge always smiling, always willing to help. It is always a pleasure to cross paths with. Great location - almost touching distance of Wembley stadium but at the same time quite. You want to live in an area with restaurants, bars, sports, music and great public transport, you will struggle to find somewhere better.
Disappointing experience for a “premium” rental. I lived in the Solar building managed by Quintain Living and several advertised services were never available during my tenancy. The intercom system didn’t work at all, meaning I had to go downstairs for every delivery or visitor. Parcel room access was unclear and unreliable, and there was no consistent concierge presence in Solar (staff were based in Luna instead), none of which was disclosed before signing. The most serious issue was persistent, loud noise from a servicing/utility room opposite my flat, often at night, which repeatedly…

Ciara is incredibly welcoming, bubbly, and kind to everyone—residents and guests alike. She’s always so sweet with our dog and treats her as if she were her own. She is genuinely caring, and any time we’ve had a maintenance issue, she helped us immediately and made sure everything was taken care of. She truly brightens the community, and we appreciate her so much.
Ciara has been very helpful throughout my time here. She’s made my transition into this building very easy and made me feel very welcome. She has been quick to address any concerns I have and has helped me raise my maintenance concerns very easily. She is always positive and eager to support everyone in the building!
Amazing apartment, stress free process to move in (it was so smooth we started to wonder if it was a scam). A few minor hiccups with utilities that are completely compensated by the team- especially Ciara who are super helpful, chatty and welcoming which adds to a nice atmosphere and community.
I have loved living in Luna! Ciara is the most helpful and lovely person and it is always a joy to stop and chat with her at the front desk! She is 10/10!
