I moved into my first home on The Parade two years ago and would like to start by saying it is a beautiful apartment and we were very excited to move in. However, since moving in, the entrance door for Building C has barely been functional. I can tell that this issue has persisted for nearly two years, with only temporary or “band-aid” fixes applied rather than a proper, long-term solution. As a member of the strata committee, I have been informed by the building management team that the warranty period has now expired and that the cost of repairs may need to be borne by the owners. This is…
As a first home buyer, I looked into several apartments around the area, but ended up choosing one recommended by Aaron because of the great amenities of Lidcombe Rise and the convenience the location. With Lidcombe Station close by, the accessibility to the city, Strathfield, and Parramatta is fantastic for those commuting via public transportation. Plus, being able to enjoy beautiful sunsets almost every evening is amazing. More importantly, as a family of 3, storages, wardrobes and pantries are very important which Lidcombe rise offered me everything. A large pantry next to the kitchen and…
Last year November, I moved into my first ever purchased property in Lidcombe rise. So far, i have been very much enjoying my life here as the view I get is breathtaking every morning and night. Perhaps the best quality apartment in the suburb. Although my unit is facing Church st (lots of traffic, sometimes large trucks pass by), the noise level is not disturbing at all. As this was my first ever unit, i had a difficult time deciding the right house for me. Aaron Kwon from Billbergia guided me from scratch and helped me to settle successfully! He was very attentive, kind and always open for…
I recently purchased a unit of Parade by Billbergia in West Ryde and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the attention to detail and craftsmanship evident throughout the space. Every aspect of the apartment feels well-made and thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One of the standout features of this apartment is its fantastic location. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood with convenient access to amenities such as shops, restaurants, and public transportation, it truly offers the best of city living.…

Just move in the parade, west ryde!! My unit is facing west side and little warmer than others probably. But the million dollars view in every moment makes me being home, sweet home!! Modern looking building right next to the train station is another plus! Also, someone still stay around and looking after if I need handy man😁 My cat is already adapted new environment!! Love it👏
Our experience with Billbergia exceeded all expectations. Their expertise and dedication to client satisfaction made our journey truly exceptional and comforting. We are grateful for their guidance and support throughout the process. With their attention to detail and professionalism, i specifically want to give a special shout out to Aaron Kwon who had ensured a smooth transaction and helped us throughout this journey. We recommend Billbergia to anyone looking for a quality property and especially Aaron who had made this experience so much better.
As a purchaser of their latest project, I am completely satisfied and absolutely love living here! The construction quality is top-notch and reliability is guaranteed.
Perhaps the best building around the Lidcombe area. Workers were still on site after settlement and were very attentive to retrify anything we found inside they were quick everything was fixed after a lunch time. Very responsible company to deal with overall.
