Studio One is what I’ve been looking for, modern, clean, and well maintained. The management is friendly and always available to help. I really like the gym, yoga room, pool, and sauna. It’s just a 10min walk from JBR, and the Marina canal is right across the street. Overall, as a resident, it’s been a good experience living here.

My scooter was placed in a designated parking spot of the building and chained and it’s still got stolen from there. After several months someone threw cigarette butt from the window and burnt my car seat. In both cases cameras were not covering the areas where it happened, security was giving me misleading information that they’ve checked the cameras and later it appeared they didn’t and management didn’t do anything about that and on top of that both of them security and management were very rude and not helpful at all and just advised me to go to police. After new management came, I again…

Best managed building in Marina with the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Location is perfect as well as less crowded than the north side of Marina and you can walk to JBR in 15 minutes. Recommend this building to anyone who wants to stay in Marina
The security who is handling delivery riders and contractors was very pathetic. I went there for registration but he took all others who stood behind me in the line for registration. So I asked him why you are not registering me he said he is alone and he is doing things in his own time. He was there at 1 o clock on 23rd July 2025. He said me throughly that He would register me in his own time
Comfortable apartment in a relaxed neighborhood. Easy access to the Dubai Marina. Large supermarket next door, and many other useful stores and services within a short walking distance. Attentive and personable security personnel. Beautiful views. Modern style. Familiar and well-known building and area, for Careem and other delivery services. Suitable parking with short drive time to reach Sheikh Zayed Road. Would definitely stay there again, for either short term or long term. Recommended.
I've been renting an apartment in this building for over 5 months. In general I'm very happy about the location, building being clean, maintenance team fixing things very quickly, security and administration being very helpful. Also the gym, swimming pool, saunas are very nice. It's 10 minutes walk to the public beach, 5 minutes to the marina promenade, restaurants. The only downside is that the company that provide AC to this building (Zenner) is absolute crap, they overcharge, they are not responsive and have thievs attitude.
