I had a take away coffee today and couldn't wait for my order inside because of the high temperature and humidity level. I stood outside in the breeze. I felt bad for the lovely staff having to work without airconditioning or at least a fan to create airflow. Apart from that always a great experience.
Saw this appealing offer for coffee from $3.90! So we went in.. ordered: Cloud Mousse Opera Latte $5.90 Pampas Blue Jasmine Crema Latte $5.90 Cloud Mousse Pandan Crema Latte $5.90 Each was added Black Sugar Boba at @$1.10 each extra The taste was ok. I like the opera the most. The Pampas Blue Jasmine got $2 discount as first customer order - the from $3.90 coffee deal I was attracted to lol The blue pea and pandan taste were quite subtle.. i think, especially the pandan ones, could have more of its flavour (the pandan latte doesnt have the ‘pandan’ colour either - hence the pale coffee…
Updated 13/1: A much improved experience today! Friendly staff, good service. Coffee still needs a bit of work, but everyone has different preferences. Original: Confused staff, terrible service and crap coffee. This opened across from my workplace, so I took a few people in to give it a try - that was a HUGE mistake. The service was comical - staff were confused, customers were confused, and it had the atmosphere of a morgue. Staff struggled to understand orders and couldn't use the systems. It took AGES for the coffee to be made, and even then it wasn't correct. I wish them luck, but they…

I asked to order a pandan coconut mango frappe but they were sold out. The cashier suggested I try the matcha jasmine frappe. It tasted like soap and was undrinkable.
Cotti Coffee is a great place to grab a drink and relax. The shop is clean and nicely designed, with a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and greet customers politely. The drinks taste really good and some of the creative options are impressive. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely worth visiting!
