Absolutely beautiful apartment with great amenities. Pool. Sauna bbq and an awesome gym. Very close to shops and the views are fantastic
Very disappointing. Defects still not fixed. Absolutely no response on emails. They want your money and after that you are just a piece of dirt to them. Poor quality fittings, cheap and nasty windows that are not soundproof at all, which makes this apartment unhabitual. Window fell apart after 3 weeks. From the sales team to settlement this was just regrettable. Contract was messed up and only put in one name. No after care here whatsoever. Will be selling and moving out as quick as possible as this place is wrong on every level. Communication is non existent. Just appalling business ethics.
The engineer that designed that driveway should loose his job! There is no signage for visitor parking, No easy access or signage for deliveries or post. Terribly designed building and super rude residents!
Regarding to the 1 star comment from Sigrid Bregias, it does not make sense at all because this apartment is still under construction while this person complaining renting this place, kids noise, no internet, forced to set the AC temperature etc. Nobody lives in this place yet ! Therefore, what Sigrid Bregias commented is definitely not true and should be banned.
