Really enjoy living here. The building is well kept, management is helpful, and the holiday decorations were a nice touch that made it feel extra welcoming. Happy to call this place home!
I just moved in Dec 1st and absolutely love the unit and my view, everything’s super clean and the management is very helpful I got an amazing 1 bedroom for me and my boyfriend and it’s perfect !
Great place to live! The building is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Management is friendly and quick to respond, and the apartments are modern and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Staff who work here are wonderful, but management (Clipper Realty, associated with Clipper Equity) is a nightmare. When moving in, I had sent my deposit ($6,500) to the the company's portal rather than sending it via wire. I then had to send the wire, Clipper promising to return my original funds promptly. This never happened (they still owe me $6500 after 3 months). When addressing the issue, I received little acknowledgement of the owed money. I’ve been living at Tower 77 for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been a pretty great experience. The apartment itself feels modern and well put together. Everything has worked as expected, and any small maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly. The building has a lot of nice features. I use the gym and common areas regularly, and they’ve always been clean and in good shape. Living at Tower 77 has been an amazing experience. The building is beautiful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels brand new and well taken care of. What really makes Tower 77 stand out, though, is the staff. Everyone—from management to maintenance—is incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and gone above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of. If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. I’ve been dealing with plumbing issues for a week, and the property manager has been gaslighting me instead of apologizing. There’s water leaking from the toilet above me, and his response is, “The issue is resolved, what I’m seeing is residual, and they’ll come back tomorrow.” I was told the same thing yesterday. Meanwhile, I’ve had to spend two nights in a hotel because I practically need an umbrella to use my toilet. Save yourself the stress and look for a different apartment. I’m a resident here. The staff is amazing(not management), the building looks appealing, however they rushed opening the building. The building is nowhere near complete. When you pay expensive rent to live in a luxury building, you pay for convenience but this building is the exact opposite. We have to park on the street and sometimes get tickets(they add up to more than a monthly parking fee) because we get busy to move the cars. When we ask them about the garage, we just keep getting the answer of they’re working on it or no answer at all. My girl is 9 MONTHS PREGNANT and she has to look…
