The feel of this place is safer and calmer than other developments we visited. The way blocks are spaced and roads are designed gives privacy without isolation. Great planning and executio
Pride Towers offers excellent value for money. Compared to other complexes around Padur and OMR, this project delivers better construction quality and thoughtful planning at a competitive price. The community management is organized, and the environment is peaceful yet convenient.
The quality of construction at Pride Towers stands out. The flooring, plasterwork, and fittings all feel premium and durable. The lobby and common areas are modern and well designed. I would recommend this project to anyone looking for a long-term family home near Chennai's IT hubs
Pacifica has delivered what was promised. From transparent documentation to the handover process, everything was smooth. Our 3BHK in Pride Towers is well designed with practical layouts. The windows bring in lots of daylight and the balconies offer beautiful views. Perfect for everyday living

We booked a flat in B tower of Pride towers. Hoping to occupy the same in few months. The location, ambience and infrastructure attracted us. Hope more flats will be occupied soon and a nice society will be built. I see that lot of people are doing their interior design. Sales team and CRM team have been very good so far. They provide good contacts for availing loan and are responsive enough. I will update my review after few months once we move in.
