Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Luigi. Thank you so much for all you do! He has helped me a great deal, and he makes me feel safe and welcomed. He is extremely professional, kind, and supportive. If I ever have any issue or problems, I know I can always depend on his skill and help.
Just to be clear, this rating has zero to do with the management company — it’s entirely about how great our super and maintenance team are. Thank you, Eli and Luigi, for all that you do! You consistently go above and beyond when it comes to repairs in my apartment, and you always treat our dog with so much love. You’re true professionals — reliable, kind, and always willing to help. We’re really lucky to have you both. P.S. I do think it’s a bit wild that the management company is trying to boost their Google ratings by having the staff hand out review cards after work is completed. I’m more…
I lived at the Artisan for about 5 years before moving to Montana and it was great! The doormen are all very friendly and helpful, and Eli and Luigi are great to work with! They went above and beyond to help me with maintenance requests as well as a smooth move out and getting daily packages. Common areas are kept clean, and the building is in great proximity to grocery stores! Would definitely recommend this building and staff :)
Luigi is very respectful & friendly when dealing with any issues I have in my apartment. I feel confident with his suggestions & repairs. Along with the combined teamwork of our maintenance staff, he helps keep our building running in a safe, clean & welcoming environment.

Luigi is definitely an essential part of The Artisan maintenance team. His role in keeping the buildings, facilities, and equipment in good working order exceeds or meets my expectations all the time. Luigi has completed many task my unit #1803. Such as fixing plumbing and electrical issues to cleaning, painting, and performing routine checks on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency. Luigi has also gone above and beyond for me and my family and demonstrates that he is more then capable of being able to: 1. Conduct inspections 2. Perform repairs 3. Handle preventative maintenance 4.…
Fantastic building to live in. Luigi, on the maintenance team can be relied upon for fast and super friendly service. Really appreciate his help when needed. Eli is the best super I’ve ever had and i am old and have had many supers in many apartments. Couldn’t ask for better with either of them and the rest of the building staff are equally great and always ready to help where needed.
Amazing building, sense of community and great staff. Luigi has been so helpful and has been the best ever repair man I’ve ever seen in any building I’ve lived in. He responded to support requests quickly, and effectively, being proactive and determining the best way to address the needs for my apartment. Very personable, and friendly too. The Artisan is truly lucky to have Luigi. The doormen are also all wonderful, particularly Elias. Last but not least, Gaby from the leasing office was amazing, making the entire process of signing the lease so easy. She was very dedicated to making sure…
I have been living at The Artisan since it first opened, and I couldn’t be happier as a tenant. The entire staff consistently makes the building feel warm, welcoming, and like home. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and efficiently by Eli, the superintendent, along with Luigi and the entire maintenance team. I also want to recognize Michael and the entire concierge team for their professionalism, friendliness, and constant willingness to help they truly enhance the experience of living here.
