Maslak 1453 Management

Under no circumstances should you buy or rent in Block B1. The lobby’s heating and cooling system has been out of order for over five years, with no effort from management to address the issue. Additionally, there is a lack of transparency regarding how the building’s maintenance fees are managed and allocated.

Worst place I ever lived. No amenities, no control over who comes in the residential area, which results in speeding cars that feel like they are trying to run you over on purpose! And for past couple of months they’ve been turning off the AC every morning around 3-4 am until noon and saying that there is a problem in the system, of course it’s a different excuse every day ! They treat people like they’re stupid! With the amounts that they charge for aidat “condo fees” it’s just disgusting that they do that to nickel and dime!

If you enjoy the concrete jungle vibe, it’s the place for you

Very nice place 👌
