i am planning to buy the lot in this area who can give me some advise thank you very much oh btw in p2 area 5 the rubbish always no one take it it stay for more than 1 week who someone will give it so awful🥹
Nice place to reside in. Most residents are quiet. The most flooded area is the road at the main entrance. Few modes of transportation, difficult to book a Grab Car. The main commute route is riding a tricycle from Pasig Palengke (SPRGEVTODA) which fares range from P12 up to P25. There are stray dogs loitering on some areas. There are plenty of parks, some with playgrounds, there are covered courts too. However, water is sometimes unavailable especially in the morning until afternoon. Aside from unavailability, water is expensive.
