If you book a room with two bedrooms, travelling with two vehicles, at this hotel that apparently includes parking - be prepared for one vehicle to go out in the street.
It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Cindy and Chris Page, the Building Managers of ‘Rivello’ at 15 Wharf Street, Hamilton, Brisbane. ‘Rivello’ - a brand new, luxury, residential development right on the waterfront of the Brisbane River, contains 147 apartments which are managed by Cindy and Chris Page of Rivello Wealth. Nice view if river
Chris & Cindy have been fantastic building managers and super friendly to get along with. Great building to live in!

Thank you to the incredible managers Chris & Cindy for providing such a warm and professional welcoming to us in the building. The management is 5 star, with a real care and focus on ensuring all residents are looked after properly.
Living in this building has truly been a wonderful experience, and that’s all thanks to the incredible building managers, Cindy and Chris. They are always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents and the overall atmosphere of the building. Everything is always so well maintained—from the spotless common areas to the beautifully kept grounds. It’s such a peaceful and pleasant place to call home, and I really appreciate the calm and welcoming vibe they help create. Thank you both for all that you do—it doesn’t go unnoticed!
Think again if you are looking for a peaceful place to live. Building management does nothing about disruptive tenants blasting music all night from their balconies. Other Portside Apartments have effective building management. Try elsewhere!
