AMLI Broadway Park was the best apartment my husband and I have ever lived in. All office staff were friendly, so incredibly helpful and understanding even in the hardest of times. We had a beautiful unit that Mary helped us secure before it was even available, she went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Our 3 years at AMLI were everything we could have asked for. They are a pet friendly community and despite being on the 3rd floor, we were able to raise our puppy just fine! Thanks to the whole team for making this place an incredible place to live.
Love everything about this building BUT they turn off the AC starting mid fall through the winter. Had I known this I would have neverrrr signed here. Kind of insane to be paying this price and not have access to AC for half the year. Especially since I haven’t used my heater once and it’s already December. Has gone no lower than 70 degrees inside my apt even on a snow day Again, front desk people great, maintenance people great, great apt, great facility. Just wish I was aware of this condition before signing the lease because honestly that would have been a dealbreaker from the jump
Any event we get to host at AMLI Broadway Park is always one of our favorites. From the first class leasing team to the incredible community spaces, I’d highly recommend this spot for vendors and residents. The residents always show up engaged and welcoming as well.
I thoroughly enjoyed living at this property! The management and maintenance staff here is top notch. Omar on the maintenance team, specifically, deserves a huge shout out. He was so congenial, always greeting us in the hallways, and even remembered my dog’s name. It’s those little things that go a long way. It was truly one of the best apartment experiences we have ever had. I was sad to leave. Features: Nice appliances, quality fixtures/cabinets/etc. (nothing broke or deteriorated in the 2 years I was there), nice gym, great amenity spaces, amazing staff, community engagement and events…

We lived here a little over 2 years and had a great living experience, until we moved out. Before move out, maintenance came in very briefly to look at our carpets. The maintenance team told us our carpets looked great, there should be no issues, and we should receive our full security deposit back. Almost two weeks after we moved out, we get an email for our move-out balance. Not only did that balance include our entire security deposit that would be taken from us, but it also included that we owed $200, a total of $700 that we would owe. AMLI Broadway Park was the best rental experience I have ever had! I am still sad I left. For perspective, I have lived in 11 different properties over the past 12 years so my review is coming from someone with rental experience in different parts of the country. I lived in 2 different units while at AMLI. Year 1: 1st floor loft; Year 2: 3rd floor 2-bed by pool. Leasing office: Great communication. I lived here for 1.5 years and I can say I enjoyed my time here and Mary from the leasing team is very helpful.. I would recommend living here. Pros: Easy access to public transport (RTD, busses, etc), supermarkets, Sam’s club and being next to S Broadway, made my life easier. They provide 1 indoor parking garage spot free and security wise I haven’t had problems since I didn’t go out alone at night and I have seen security people in the building, most of the days.. Move in was as easy and convenient as possible, with the loading dock and alley available for both moving trucks and storage boxes. The apartment is beautiful and very nicely laid out. We've had a few minor maintenance issues that were addressed seemingly BEFORE we even report them! Entire staff at AMLI Broadway Park goes above and beyond 100% of the time for their tenants, and it doesn't hurt that some of the staff live in the building. Lots of friendly people with cool dogs in the building, and we hope to build relationships with many of them.
