We called about possibly renting an apartment, but due to the extremely unreasonable pet deposits and fees for 2 small parakeets we decided to go elsewhere. They wanted to charge $350.00 per bird and $50.00 additional per bird each month for 2 birds that don't cause damage and haven't in the last 2 places we lived in. This is totally unacceptable and they had no answers for why they're doing this. I can see for dogs and cats on most cases but 2 4" birds who stay mostly in the cage is ridiculous.

Aaron, the maintenance guy at the property in Crestview, FL, is professional, friendly, on top of things and does a great job when needed. It does seem he is a bit overworked because he is the only maintenance person for the entire property, which I see presenting a problem when all apartments are full with residents. I highly suggest another maintenance person is hired for this property.
Very nice but the staff and Director did seem to want to sit down to discuss lease info, but was eager to give a tour.
