I moved in in November and the staff has been fantastic! There was a problem with my first unit, the management team handled everything so well. I had completely given up on these luxury apartment management teams but Jessica, Andrew and the rest of the team handled this issue exceptionally well and I’m extremely grateful for their help. 5 months in & I have nothing but great things to say about this community. Working with Lusero to get all the initial applications, tours, & questions answered was a pleasure. She made sure to send me any photos, layouts, & helped make my decision on which unit was best for me. The grounds are very well kept. Community events are frequent if your schedule permits, & the communication from management to residents is streamlined. Beautiful apartment complex with large, clean spaces AND in the perfect location. The staff is great as well! My boyfriend and I moved in last month, and our AC was out when we first got there. The maintenance guy, Cam, got it up and running in less than 5 minutes. Have had no other issues with the apartment yet thanks to the prompt team response. The staff in the office is always friendly and ready to help. So far my experience has been great.
We stumbled across this gorgeous community while on the way to have lunch at Salt Shack and Jessica was kind enough to help us. We had been looking at single-family homes but the townhomes here can't be beat. Brand new with a loft space, garage, water views, and all of the fantastic community amenities all in one? Done! Can't wait to move in. Our kids will especially enjoy the heated pool and putt putt year round.
We just signed a lease here and can't wait to move in! The amenities are some of the best that we've seen (rooftop, podcast studio, movie room), all in front of the water. The apartments are beautiful (love the sparkly countertops) with spacious bedrooms. It was important for us to find a place where we could be active so we are looking forward to evening walks on the boardwalk with our pup! We travel often to both Tampa and St. Pete so this location is just perfect. Everyone in the leasing office was amazing in helping us make our decision.
One of the worst property management staff that I’ve ever had to deal with. Made the mistake of moving in here about a month ago while an issue already occurred even before I moved in they told me the apartment would be ready on the 30th when it wasn’t available or ready until the 31st this messed up all of my moving and logistics. First day and first week I experienced a neighbor’s dog peeing in the hallway every single day they gave them a warning, but then it happened the second week had to keep dealing with this for probably two weeks straight until they finally resolved it.
