We love this apartment! Alvaro helped us from the very beginning and made the entire move-in process so simple and easy. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience!
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here. Staff is extremely inconsistent with what they say and how they will “resolve” issues. We signed our February of 2025, and it was a mistake to even more here. One month after living here we noticed holes behind doors, scratched peeling doors, ants coming out of everything, room, living room, kitchen, bathroom (we aren’t the only ones who have had this issue according to neighbors) kitchen cabinets is placed disproportionately, water gets in and how since then damaged boards. Our filter was never changed regardless of multiple maintenance request.…
Honest review: I have lived at Lenox Woods for almost a year, and one of the first things that stands out to me is how large and maintained the entire community is. Most who I have spoken to enjoy the community. When someone is happy with where they live, they usually do not feel a strong reason to write about it like myself until now. There is a lot of open space, wide walkways, and plenty of room between the buildings. It never feels cramped or crowded, and the size of the property gives it a calm and comfortable environment. I’ve lived here for a little over four months and can’t recommend Lenox Woods enough! The leasing staff—Alvaro, Jason, and Michaela—are amazing. The maintenance staff is also great; they’re quick to respond to work orders and keep the complex grounds really clean. All the residents are so friendly, the complex is quiet, and the apartment itself (at least mine) is amazing. The neighborhood is great for walking and running and feels really safe. 10/10 would recommend this apartment complex!

Lenox Woods is an amazing property and truly a great place to live. The community is very well kept and always looks clean and maintained, which really shows the pride taken in the property. We’ve been here for a year now and just renewed our lease. Overall, it’s a really good place to live. The community feels safe and quiet, it’s tucked away from highways and busy intersections, with a school right across the street. At the same time, it’s convenient: I-35 is close, and it’s about a 10-minute drive to H-E-B or the nearest shopping plaza. The property is always clean. No trash, no mess, and the staff does a great job keeping everything nice. There’s a co-working space that’s quiet and comfortable if you work from home, and the gym has all the basics you need. I was able to tour with Queen Mariel 👸🏻. It was such a great experience and she is such an honest and authentic person. Every company should have a Mariel in their team! She is the sun ☀️ The manager Jason H. Is also a very kind human with a big heart and very genuine and also passionate about his job. I know that not everything will be perfect living there but I am confident that the team will try their best to fix whatever problems may occurs.
I had the pleasure of working with Michaella, and she was fantastic! She gave me a thorough tour of the property and guided me seamlessly through the application process. The property itself was impeccably clean, with a variety of great amenities, and the apartments had a true luxury feel. I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful place to now call home!
