I absolutely love living at The Ellery. The building is beautiful, well maintained, and in such a great location, but what really makes it special is the staff. BEST APT IN NYC. Wesley & Victor at the front desk and Willie are truly amazing. They are always warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. No matter the time of day, they greet you with a smile and make you feel at home. Their professionalism and kindness make such a difference in daily life. And of course, ALL the other staff members are just as wonderful attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a building…
Just moved into the Ellery last weekend. First, let me start by saying that this is the most beautiful lobby and building EVER. Such a nice relaxing vibe throughout the whole building. All of the staff including Gus, Ivan, Will, Wesley, Josh, and others who I haven't met yet are phenomenal. Incredibly helpful and welcoming. Move-in process was very easy and straightforward. So happy with my first week here and looking forward to the coming months living in this wonderful building.
Moved in recently and already feeling truly at home at The Ellery NYC 💛 The location is unbeatable, the views are beautiful, and the subway right outside makes commuting to Downtown incredibly convenient. What I appreciate most is how supportive the building team has been during the move-in period. As someone who’s still settling in, I’ve had quite a few questions, and the front desk/concierge and doorman staff have been consistently kind, patient, and efficient. On my first night arriving late, Wesley warmly showed me around and introduced everything, which immediately made me feel welcomed.…
I moved in the Ellery last week. The expectations were high but have been exceeded on all ends. Thank you especially to all the people who work here and go above and beyond to make this a special experience, especially the doormen Guz, Will, Josh and Viktor. Also Justin and Harrison from Management are super approachable and pleasant people. The amenities are outstanding as well. Moving here was an excellent choice.

Life here has genuinely elevated my daily life in ways I didn’t expect. One of my favorite parts is how seamless everything is — from package handling to the small things around the building that show care/attention. The lobby is always nice, the common areas are beautiful, and it’s always calm which makes coming home feel amazing. The people here are even more amazing. Living at The Ellery has genuinely been the best experience. It’s incredible to step out of the city’s chaos and instantly come home to such calm, thoughtful luxury. I honestly don’t know why anyone would live anywhere else. The staff goes above and beyond to make life here feel special, and they’re just as wonderful to talk to. Huge shoutout to Wes, Gus, Will, and Rasael — they truly go the extra mile every day. 5⭐️ I feel so happy living in this building! The entire staff is amazing — always kind, professional, and ready to help. Excellent service truly defines all the doormen: Ivan, Josh, Wil, Ras, Gus, Victor, and Wes — they’re the best! The handymen Cristian and Kevin are always there to help and fix everything quickly — 10/10 service! The maintenance team is very professional and always makes sure you feel like you’re living in an incredible place. The common areas are beautiful, and the rooftop view is absolutely incredible. Living here has truly been a wonderful experience!
