Love my new apartment ! The best view, love the area, great amenities and lobby events. Ask for Nicole ! She was the best to work with, always there to help and answer all questions & the move in process was super easy. Absolutely recommend ❤️
Recently took a tour of the new Sky Building. I will not be the first or the last to say it is very well curated. There are many spaces to work , create & living. The location is unbelievable as well next to much entertainment.
It’s been great getting settled into my new place. Great neighborhood and walkable to restaurants. My leasing agent, Rocky made it seamless and was very responsive during the process.
I had an amazing experience working with Rocky as my leasing agent! He was extremely punctual, professional, and always available to help with any questions I had throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, making the whole leasing experience the easiest it could be. I truly appreciate his dedication and highly recommend him to anyone looking for great service! My experience with Nicole Salgado as a Leasing Agent was absolutely wonderful! 🌟 She was amazing, kind, and extremely professional from start to finish. She provided all the information I needed quickly and clearly, explained everything in detail, and took the time to show me the entire property with great patience and enthusiasm.
I absolutely love my apartment! It's incredibly beautiful, with stunning views and gorgeous natural sunlight streaming in. It’s so cozy, modern, and pristine since it’s brand new. Gotta tell you, this place is amazing! I thrive on the vibrant downtown life right outside my door. There's always something exciting happening at the park, and the endless restaurants along the street make every day deliciously fun. Truly, this city life is phenomenal!
I've been living here just under two months now and my experience thus far has been quite positive. Rocky and the gang are awesome. The application process to move in was seamless with a very user-friendly portal. Great new building and amazing large gym downstairs I use pretty much every day. There is a bridge that connects the garage to the main building and I am able to park on my floor, which is super convenient. Haven't even had an opportunity to check out the handful of breweries across the street, including Funky Budha but looking forward to that. The location can't be beat. Everything…
I recently toured the apartments and community and had a great experience. Rocky, the leasing agent was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns quickly. Thanks to Rocky we moved forward with the lease and we are looking forward to living here.
