I greatly appreciate the sales team and George the sales Manager. They were extremely helpful, informative and listened to my needs. Special mention to George for all the extra support and understanding to my personal situation. I was starting a new chapter and had a bunch of questions and needs in terms of legal requirements and he was extremely kind and understanding. I would highly recommend them and I truly love my new home!
Update: the email you provided comes back undeliverable… Pretty straight forward, your truck backs into the enterprise parking lot from 112th then usually while looking and playing on his phone he proceeds out of the parking lot and onto 112th going left to park in front of your location. Bluetooth and a phone holder goes a long way. I had left a voicemail with all the information you really need.. Last thing Calgary needs is more accidents and especially ones caused by careless fools… Original review: Watch out for their truck. Driver is always on his phone (drive by their shop every…
I purchased my first home with Avalon and couldn’t be happier with the quality. Charlene, in particular, was fantastic — knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help throughout the process. Highly recommend!
We have had an amazing experience with Avalon! From the communication to the expertise and design, we have been over joyed. Would work with Avalon again.

A truly horrendous experience with Avalon Home Builder. ENTIRE CONDO DESTROYED BY FAULTY BUILDER. I live in the ZEN Sequel community in Seton, Calgary, and my home has suffered repeated flooding due to serious construction defects. For months I have been left in unlivable conditions — water damage throughout, unsafe repairs left incomplete, and no accountability from Avalon. My home has become squalid, and the constant delays and dismissive treatment have taken a severe toll on my mental health. Instead of taking responsibility, Avalon has stalled, hidden information, and allowed their…
purchasing my first home through Avalon has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did it take me 15 months to get into my stacked lower level townhouse, the product has been far from what they advertise. I have now been in my place for 2.5 years. I have had now 5 floods in my unit. Two from improper grading and poor choice of location/angle of down spout coming in through my window. three times through a crack in the foundation/poor location of downspout. we have New Leaf Properties assisting our condo board, and dealing with them along side MDR restoration company has been horrific. i…
Excellent company! Very high quality of craftsmanship and fair pricing for customers. Also, they don't charge a lot for the upgrades as opposed to some other companies. Bought with them twice and very happy with my customer experience! Special thank you to Mohamed! Very nice person. There were a few minor deficiencies and he professionally fixed them in no time. Highly recommended this builder!
Since I bought a home from them in 2022 has not been good experience. Right from day one we had siding falling off the house I asked them to fix it. After many emails to Jennifer seamone and her telling me they would do the repairs never happened now have more siding coming off. This Winter had a water stain show up on my entry ceiling. Sent pictures and email to Avalon and in response they claim it is not covered even though roof is part of envelope which is under five year warranty. They are very un professional.
